Both the client and School of Self-Awareness have the right to terminate any services agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered on services, events, courses, digital products or ebooks. Medical or other emergencies will be considered for refund with appropriate documentation.
Any physical custom product such as clothing, glassware, bags, etc. will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. School of Self-Awareness will review replacement/return requests only if (a) there is a missing or broken Product, or a print error if School of Self-Awareness is at fault and (b) School of Self-Awareness receives a complaint within 30 days from the day the Product was delivered. In such cases, a photo must be sent if the item is misprinted or damaged to be considered for review.
For lost items, it is your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case, School of Self-Awareness will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
